Trevor Odgers, the Managing Director, brings with him more than 20 years of experience in the Mining and Civil sectors. He has operated and managed various Drill Rigs and Earthmoving Equipment throughout his career in some of the most challenging and remote locations across Australia.
Recognising the lack of a specialised and professional Earthmoving company, Trevor set about to form and provide well-trained, nationally accredited safety-conscious operators skilled in Backhoe, Excavator and Skid steer operations to serve the Geotechnical Engineering industry.
Supported by a team of experienced professionals, E.C.W Group combines over six decades of experience from the Mining, Civil, and WHS (Workplace Health and Safety) industries.
